We like to operate as an extension to your HR team and assist with all matters in the recruitment lifecycle, and as standard we screen/qualify all candidates before they reach you, we assist with interview arrangements and preparation, relocation assistance, collate any necessary documentation and we also attend interview days/workshops to lend a hand if needed.

Given that our Recruitment Specialists are business partners with Rock Recruiters, we are free to take ownership on agreements on a client by client basis and with us there is no “standard fee”.

We believe in quality not quantity and will only send a maximum of 3-4 carefully selected CVs, we do not agree with spam CVs or Trojan horses and take pride in our integrity as recruiters.
All of the candidates we present to you are fully screened, personally spoken to on a regular basis, either via Telephone, Skype or face to face and come with 2 references.
Any niche roles or those that a particularly technical we recommend full briefings before we start recruitment so we are clear on who to identify and we are also capable of more in depth screening -with test questions or skill matrix’s to ensure you only get the best CVs on your desk.
